Did you know that there are several supermarkets with fresh gluten -free ravioli in the cooler? Super handy! Making ravioli yourself is quite a time -consuming job and making a good gluten -free dough is also quite difficult. But you buy gluten -free ravioli for this oven dish at the supermarket. Handy! Of course you can also buy "normal" ravioli if you don't eat gluten -free. Anyway, this (gluten -free) Ravioli casserole is always a topper with family and friends!
You can also easily make a vegan variant of this Ravioli casserole. Leave the pesto or make a vegetable pesto. Use vegan cheese or omit the grated cheese. You can buy vegan cheese at EkoPlaza, among others. Or take a look at all my vegan recipes!
