Ice-cold, creamy and full of flavor, just like the real candy bar
While Carlo worked on delicious cakes, with Miljuschka it was more in the category foodporn that we were going to make. She’s crazy about good food and loves sharing it with others. When I heard you could make a Snickers soft-serve, the choice was quick: I used to be totally addicted to Snickers and was, of course, very curious how you turn ice cream out of a blender. It turned out to be not only very easy to make but insanely delicious, so it seemed like a fantastic idea to share the recipe with you.
1. Finely chop the chocolate using a chopper or blender and set aside. Do the same with the peanuts and set those aside as well.
2. Put the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, coconut milk and part of the grated chocolate into the blender jar. Blend until smooth; this works best at high speed. Don’t blend for too long, or the mixture will warm up and you'll end up with very soft ice cream. You now have a rich, creamy mixture that’s somewhere between a smoothie and soft-serve in thickness.
3. Spoon some peanuts and chocolate into a tall glass and pour some of the ice cream over them. Add another layer of peanuts and chocolate, more ice cream, and finish with a final layer of chocolate and peanuts. It doesn’t matter when you make or eat this — it’s so insanely good that it works as well for breakfast as it does as an after-dinner treat. Enjoy!

This recipe is ideal when you want something sweet quickly without the fuss. The combination of peanut butter, chocolate and salted peanuts gives that familiar Snickers taste, but in a fresh, creamy ice cream form.
Serve it immediately after blending for the best texture. Want it a bit firmer? Pop the glass in the freezer for another 15 minutes before you eat it.
