Fresh, creamy and ready in no time
You can mix things up when it comes to the liquid you use in smoothies. Water works, of course, but I find it a little bland. Fresh orange juice can be really delicious too, depending on what else goes in — with dates and peanut butter like in a sweet smoothie, for example, it's not the best match. What I generally find works best of all is coconut water. Not all coconut water is created equal, but my latest discovery in that department definitely is: INVO coconut water is my new absolute favourite. Put all the ingredients in the blender (making sure to remove the stones from the peaches first) and blend for at least a minute until you have a smooth, creamy smoothie. You can use fresh avocado and fruit, or go straight from the freezer. I love using frozen mixed berries because the smoothie comes out beautifully cold right away. Enjoy!

Using frozen mixed berries and avocado straight from the freezer? Then your smoothie will be beautifully cold without needing to add any ice. Perfect for a quick summer boost.
This smoothie is also easy to take on the go in a drinks bottle. Blend everything in advance and keep it in the fridge — that way you'll have a healthy, creamy snack to hand on your commute or at work.
