Are the Riedel Veloce champagneglazen dishwasher-safe?

Riedel makes the Veloce line using advanced technology, making the glasses thinner and stronger than traditional crystal. Most glasses from the Veloce series are dishwasher-safe, but we always recommend washing them at a low temperature and in a separate rack — this preserves the clear, sparkling appearance for longest. Unsure? Hand-washing with lukewarm water and a soft cloth is always the safest choice for fine glassware.

How many glasses are in the set and what is the capacity per glass?

The set contains 4 champagneglazen each with a capacity of 570 ml. That's roomier than a standard flute, and that's intentional: the extra space gives the bubbles and aromas of champagne, prosecco or cava plenty of room to develop.

Can I also use these glasses for prosecco or cava, or are they only suitable for champagne?

These glasses are designed for all types of sparkling wine — so not only champagne, but also prosecco and cava show beautifully in them.
