Can I clean the wine cooler in the dishwasher?

The wine cooler is made of stainless steel (RVS), a material known for its durability and hygienic properties. Stainless steel is easy to clean. For best results we recommend washing the cooler by hand with warm water and a mild dish soap — this keeps the surface looking good for longer. Then dry it immediately to prevent water spots.

Does the wine cooler also fit a champagne bottle?

Yes, the wine cooler is suitable for all standard bottles, including champagne bottles. With a diameter of Ø 12 cm it fits most common bottle sizes. Note: bottles with an extra wide or unusual shape — like some magnum or decorative bottles — may be slightly too large for this compact size.

How long does the wine cooler keep my bottle cold without ice?

The double-walled stainless steel construction acts as a thermal insulator: outside air has minimal influence on your bottle's temperature. The principle is similar to a double-walled thermos — outside heat barely penetrates. How long your bottle stays at serving temperature depends on the bottle's initial temperature and the ambient temperature, but the double wall will in any case keep your drink considerably cooler for longer than an ordinary cooler or an ice bucket.
