Beer Can Chicken is a true BBQ classic. By roasting the chicken upright over a beer can the meat becomes wonderfully juicy inside and the outside develops a nice crispy crust. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
Be sure to let the chicken rest for 10 minutes after cooking before you carve it. This keeps the juices in the meat. Serve with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables for a complete BBQ meal.
