This mug cake is simple, quick to make, and very tasty. It's also gluten- and sugar-free! Perfect as a dessert or just as a snack with tea or coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 10-12 fresh raspberries

Mug cake with raspberry

    1. Mash the banana and put all the other ingredients except the raspberries into a mixing bowl. Beat briefly with a mixer until smooth.
    2. Then gently fold in the raspberries and use a spoon to transfer the mixture into a large mug.
    3. Microwave the mug for 2 minutes at 750 watts. Your mug cake is ready!
