Ingredients

  • 100 grams buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml plant-based milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed flaxseed
  • half a punnet of strawberries (150 grams)

Protein pancakes with strawberries

    1. Beat the eggs and mix them with the buckwheat flour. Then add the plant-based milk, the flaxseed and the protein powder. Mix until you have a smooth pancake batter.
    2. Heat some coconut oil in the pan and cook thin pancakes.
    3. Top with the strawberries and roll up the pancakes. Enjoy!
