Not compatible with Marcato Pasta Machine Motor

Fancy some fresh pasta? With the Marcato pasta machine attachment you can make your own delicious pasta. Each Italian region has its own thicknesses and widths for pasta. With the attachments for the Marcato Atlas 150 you can make different pastas.

This attachment is suitable for Ravioli, a type of pasta with a width of 45 mm. It is recommended to set the Atlas 150 on position 6 or 7 for best results. You can only use the attachment by hand. A handy spoon with tip for filling the pasta machine is included.

Which pasta machine is this ravioli attachment compatible with?

This attachment is specially designed for the Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine. It does not fit other models, so always check that you have the Atlas 150 before ordering this attachment.

What setting should I use on my Atlas 150 for the best results?

For the nicest ravioli we recommend setting the Atlas 150 to setting 6 or 7. At these settings the dough is thin enough to form and fill the ravioli properly.

Can I use this attachment with a motor?

No, this attachment is intended for manual use only. An electric motor is not compatible with it.

What's included in the package?

With the ravioli attachment for the Marcato Atlas 150 you receive: • The attachment itself, suitable for ravioli with a width of 45 mm • A handy spoon with a pointed tip to easily fill the pasta machine

How do I clean the attachment after use?

Marcato pasta machine attachments are best cleaned without water. Allow any pasta residues to dry thoroughly and then remove them with a dry brush or a soft cloth. Water and moisture can damage the metal and negatively affect the operation of the attachment. Store the attachment in a dry place.
