About Marcato

FAQ

Can I clean the Marcato Atlas 150 in the dishwasher?

No, do not wash the Marcato Atlas 150 in the dishwasher. To keep the machine in top condition: • Let any dough residue dry completely before removing it. • Use a dry brush or cloth to remove dried dough. • Thanks to the anodized aluminum of the roller and cutting parts, the machine picks up little dough, which makes cleaning extra easy. Wipe the chrome-plated steel frame clean with a damp cloth.

Which pastas can I make with the attachments that are sold separately?

With the Marcato Atlas 150 you can make standard lasagne, tagliatelle and tagliolini. Want more variety? You can purchase additional attachments that are sold separately. This way you can easily expand your pasta repertoire to other pasta shapes. Which attachments are available can be found in the Marcato-assortiment on the product page.

How do I attach the pasta machine to my worktop?

The Marcato Atlas 150 comes with a table clamp that allows you to securely attach the machine to the edge of your worktop. This provides stability while you roll out the dough — so the machine operates smoothly and without sliding. Make sure your worktop has a thickness that fits the clamp for a secure attachment.

What warranty do I get on the Marcato Atlas 150?

The Marcato Atlas 150 is covered by the 10-year warranty that Cookinglife offers on pasta machine products. That’s a clear sign that this is a machine built to last for years — quality proven in practice. The warranty applies under normal use and with proper maintenance of the machine.

Is the Marcato Atlas 150 also suitable for use with an electric motor?

Yes, the Marcato Atlas 150 is compatible with an electric motor attachment from Marcato. This attachment is sold separately and can be easily connected to the machine, allowing you to make large quantities of pasta without manual cranking. The machine has a special connector on the side for this.
