The thickness of the pasta can be easily adjusted from 0.5 mm to 4.8 mm with a knob. With this pasta machine you can make lasagna, tagliatelle and taglionline. Additional attachments can be purchased to make even more delicious fresh pasta.

The rolling and cutting parts are made of anodized aluminum making them suitable for food preparation. Because of the material, the dough is better taken by the rolling and cutting parts, this ensures no oxidation, little loss of dough and that the pasta machine is easy to clean. The warranty for pasta machine products is 10 years.

How do I clean the Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine?

The roller and cutting parts of the Marcato Atlas 150 are made of anodized aluminium. That material prevents dough from sticking, which makes cleaning much easier. For cleaning, do not use water or a dishwasher — pasta machines should be cleaned dry, for example with a soft brush or cloth. This keeps the machine in top condition. The anodized aluminium parts do not oxidize, so you don't need to worry about rust or discoloration with normal use.

Which types of pasta can I make with the Atlas 150, and can I expand it?

With the Marcato Atlas 150 you can make three classic types of pasta as standard: • Lasagne – wide, flat sheets • Tagliatelle – wide ribbons • Tagliolini – thin ribbons Want more variety? There are extra attachments available that let you make even more types of fresh pasta. These attachments are sold separately.

How do I set the thickness of the pasta?

You can easily adjust the thickness of your pasta with a single knob. You can choose from a range of 0.5 mm to 4.8 mm, so you'll always have the right thickness — whether you want very thin lasagne sheets or slightly thicker tagliatelle.
