FAQ
Can I put the canning jars in the dishwasher?
Yes, you can put the Bormioli Rocco Fido canning jars in the dishwasher — it makes cleaning much easier. Please note: always remove the metal clamp before placing the jar in the dishwasher. This prevents damage to the clamp and ensures the jar continues to function well for years.
Are the jars also suitable for preserving or canning vegetables and fruit?
These jars are perfectly suitable for storing vegetables, fruit and fruit juice. The glass is high-quality and the jars are 100% airtight, making them ideal for everyday use in the kitchen. Please note that this set is primarily intended as storage jars — for intensive canning (heating in a water bath) always check the applicable guidelines for the type of food you want to preserve.
How many jars are in the set and what are the exact dimensions?
The set contains 6 canning jars. Each jar has the following dimensions: • Size: 11 x 11 cm (external dimensions) • Capacity: 1.5 liters per jar • Opening: diameter of 9 cm Because the jars are square, you make more efficient use of the space in your cupboard or on a shelf.

It arrived very quickly. All six jars were packed very carefully with lots of packaging to make sure that there was no damage. Very impressed with the diligence and care and professionalism of how it was all presented and delivered to me to make sure it arrived intact.
Ik ben heel blij met deze potjes: ze maken mijn keuken een stuk overzichtelijker en doordat ze vierkant zijn ipv rond kan ik mijn beperkte kastruimte goed benutten :)
