FAQ
Can I put the Bormioli Fido weckpotten in the dishwasher?
Yes, these jars are dishwasher-safe — convenient for everyday use. One thing to note: remove the metal closures before you put the jars in the dishwasher. Those closures can be damaged if washed with the jars. The glass itself is sturdy enough for the dishwasher and will last for years with proper care.
What exactly is included in this set?
This set contains 6 x Bormioli Rocco Fido weckpot with a capacity of 1 liter each. The dimensions are 11 x 11 cm. Each jar is equipped with a metal closure for an airtight seal.
How do I properly care for the metal closures of the jars?
The metal closures are best kept in good condition by not putting them in the dishwasher. Always remove them before washing and clean them separately by hand. This way the closures will continue to function well and you’ll preserve the airtight seal of the jars.
Which foods are best to store in these jars?
These jars are suitable for a wide variety of foods. Think of: • Dry goods such as muesli, cornflakes and spices • Spreads and sauces • Sweets • Fruit and fruit juice Because the jars are 100% airtight, ingredients stay fresher for longer and retain their flavor and quality.
What is the opening of the Bormioli Fido weckpot?
The opening of each Bormioli Fido weckpot has a diameter of 9 cm. That is roomy enough to easily fill and clean, even by hand.
It arrived very quickly. All six jars were packed very carefully with lots of packaging to make sure that there was no damage. Very impressed with the diligence and care and professionalism of how it was all presented and delivered to me to make sure it arrived intact.
Ik ben heel blij met deze potjes: ze maken mijn keuken een stuk overzichtelijker en doordat ze vierkant zijn ipv rond kan ik mijn beperkte kastruimte goed benutten :)
