Chicory bake from the slow cooker

It may not look super appealing at first, but you'll be licking your fingers with this Belgian endive casserole recipe from the slow cooker. For me this is an ideal weeknight recipe when you don't feel like cooking much but still want to eat healthily. It's easy and everything is in the slow cooker in 5 minutes. After that it's just a matter of waiting and you don't have to do anything more.
