About Hendi

FAQ

Can I put the Hendi thermoskan in the dishwasher?

No, this pump jug is not dishwasher safe. Rinse the jug after use with warm water and a soft cloth or sponge. This keeps the stainless steel in top condition and prevents damage to the plastic lid and the pump handle.

How do I dispense drinks from this pump jug?

The pump jug works with a built-in pressure system: press the plastic pump handle downward to dispense drinks. You never need to lift or tilt the jug. That makes it especially handy during busy moments — think a buffet, a meeting, or a large group at the table.

How long does a drink stay hot (or cold) in this thermos jug?

The jug has a stainless-steel jacket that provides good insulation for both hot and cold drinks. The exact heat/cold retention time depends on the initial temperature of the beverage and the ambient temperature. For best results, fill the jug with already hot or already chilled liquid.

What is included in the packaging of the Hendi pompkan?

You will receive the Hendi Thermoskan met Pomp as a complete unit, including: • A 2.2-liter stainless-steel thermos jug • Plastic lid • Built-in plastic pump handle • Sturdy handle No additional accessories or loose parts are supplied.

How many people does the 2.2-liter capacity serve?

With a capacity of 2.2 liters you can easily serve coffee or tea for a group. Assuming cups of about 150 ml, you'll get roughly 14 to 15 cups. This makes the pump jug practical for a larger gathering, a meeting, or an extensive breakfast.
