About Hendi

FAQ

Can I put the thermos jug in the dishwasher?

For best results we recommend hand washing the thermos jug. Stainless steel is a durable material, but the insulating properties remain intact longer if you don't put the jug in the dishwasher. A little warm water and dish soap is all you need to keep it clean.

How long will my drink stay hot (or cold) in this thermos jug?

The double-walled construction of the Hendi thermos jug provides effective insulation. That means hot drinks like coffee or tea will stay at temperature longer, and cold drinks like iced water or lemonade will stay cool longer. The exact retention time depends on the initial temperature of your drink and the ambient temperature.

Is the thermos jug also suitable for home use, or is it intended only for professional use in hospitality?

The Hendi thermos jug is certainly suitable for home use as well. It is designed for both professional and everyday situations. Think of: • A large breakfast or brunch at home • Parties and gatherings with multiple guests • Buffets and events • Daily use in the hospitality industry With a capacity of 1.5 liters you can serve several cups at once without having to refill constantly.

Is anything else included besides the thermos jug itself?

The package contains 1x Hendi thermoskan RVS 1,5 liter. No additional accessories are included, such as a stand or an extra pouring spout.

Can I also use the thermos jug for cold drinks such as iced tea or lemonade?

Yes, absolutely. The insulating properties of the Hendi thermos jug work both ways: it keeps both hot and cold drinks at the desired temperature for longer. The jug is therefore suitable for coffee and tea, but just as well for iced water, lemonade or iced tea. The material — stainless steel — is suitable for both applications.
