Vegetarian snack board

How do you make a vegetarian snack board?

    1. Bake the baguette in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging.
    2. Make a tapenade from the sun-dried tomatoes in the food processor or by finely chopping the tomatoes. Use a peeler to peel thin slices of cucumber.
    3. Slice the baguette, spread it with tapenade and then top with a slice of cucumber. The combination of tomato and cucumber is delicious!
    4. Bake the cheese balls in the oven or air fryer. Serve with some mustard.
    5. Serve the cheeses and snacks on a beautiful serving board or wooden serving board and pair with a nice drink with or without alcohol. It's that simple to make a snack board. Let the snacking begin!
    6. Variation tip: also add some white grapes and cubed cheese to the board. Have a great party!

Aside from a few pieces of cheese it's nice to vary with a simple little recipe. The cucumber provides a fresh counterpoint. When we make a snack board at home, we prefer to combine it with a good glass of (red) wine. You can of course also opt for a craft beer.

An important part of making a snack board is a beautiful presentation on an elegant serving board. You eat with your eyes, and it makes the cheeses and snacks stand out even more. Looking for something different? Then take a look at our other recipes!
