Are these wine glasses safe to put in the dishwasher?
Yes, the Leonardo Puccini wine glasses are fully dishwasher safe. Thanks to Teqton technology — Leonardo's own advanced glass composition — the glasses remain as clear and radiant after dozens of dishwasher cycles as on day one. No dulling, no scratches. Just in, just out, and ready for the next time.
How much wine should I pour in a Puccini wine glass for the best result?
Fill the Puccini bowl to at most two thirds of its capacity — that is about 370 ml for a glass with a total capacity of 560 ml. This leaves enough room to swirl, which releases the aromas optimally. • Two thirds full = enough air to swirl • Wide bowl shape = wine can breathe and open up • Slim rim = aromas are directed toward your nose This applies to all white wines, from a crisp Sauvignon Blanc to a full-bodied Chardonnay.
What types of wine are the Puccini glasses suitable for?
The Puccini glasses are designed for white wine and rosé. The wide, rounded bowl gives the wine room to breathe and show its full character. The narrower rim captures the aromas and directs them straight to your nose.
