Up to what temperature can these bags withstand during sous-vide cooking?

The Hendi vacuum bags are specially designed for sous-vide cooking and can handle the higher water temperatures associated with it. The materials — polyethylene on the inside and polyamide on the outside — are heat-resistant enough for typical sous-vide temperatures. What type of vacuum machine do these bags work with?

These Hendi vacuum bags are specifically suitable for use with vacuum chamber packaging machines. Those are the more professional devices where the bag is placed entirely inside the machine chamber before the air is removed.
