FAQ
Can I put the OXO Good Grips rasp in the dishwasher?
Yes, the OXO Good Grips rasp met reservoir is dishwasher-safe, but use only the top rack. Prefer to play it safe? Hand washing also works well and keeps the blade sharper for longer. The reservoir detaches easily so you can clean both parts separately and thoroughly.
What materials is this grater made of?
The grater is made from two materials that complement each other: • Stainless steel for the grating part — strong, sharp and resistant to moisture. • Plastic for the reservoir and the handle — lightweight and easy to wipe clean. The non-slip handle provides a secure grip, even when your hands are wet.
How do I remove the reservoir to use the ingredients?
The reservoir is designed to detach easily from the grater. You simply take it off so you can add the grated ingredients directly to your dish or clean the reservoir separately. There are no complicated click mechanisms — it works intuitively.
Is this grater also suitable for fine tasks like lemon zest or ginger?
Absolutely. The OXO Good Grips rasp is specifically suitable for: • Lemon zest (zest) • Ginger • Chocolate • Cheese The integrated reservoir catches the grated results directly, so you can see exactly how much you have and nothing is lost on your countertop.
What exactly is included in the package?
In the package you will find: • 1x OXO Good Grips rasp met reservoir The reservoir is part of the grater and is not sold separately as an accessory.
It has been a very usefull device in the kitchen. I have got two of them: for myself and for my relative. If you need to shred cabbage fast, there is nothing better than this thing.
Gelukkig wonen we in zelfde straat! Nu wordt déze zijn verjaardag cadeau binnenkort! 🤭
The OXO Good Grips Peeler is by far the best peeler I’ve ever used! It’s comfortable, sharp, easy to handle, and makes peeling effortless.
I also bought it from Cookinglife, which had the best price I could find. Delivery was quick, and everything went smoothly and perfectly from start to finish.
I’m very pleased with both the product and the service and would definitely recommend the OXO peeler and Cookinglife. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
