FAQ
Is the OXO Good Grips slacentrifuge mini dishwasher safe?
Good news: the parts of the OXO Good Grips slacentrifuge mini can be taken apart, which makes cleaning much easier. The bowl and the basket can be washed separately. For best results and long life, we recommend washing the parts by hand with warm water and dish soap. This also keeps the pump mechanism with the soft button in top condition.
How many people is this mini slacentrifuge suitable for?
The OXO Good Grips slacentrifuge mini has a compact size — ideal for smaller portions. Think of a salad for one or two people, or a quick lunch for yourself. With a diameter of 21 cm it fits perfectly in a smaller kitchen or in a cupboard without taking up much space. After use, click the button down so it can be stored even more compactly.
Can I use the bowl to serve the salad directly?
Yes — that's exactly what makes it so practical. The clear bowl can be used separately as a serving bowl, so you don't need an extra dish. You dry your lettuce in the spinner, remove the basket and place the bowl with the salad directly on the table. The basket itself can also be used separately, for example to rinse vegetables briefly.
What exactly is included in the packaging of the OXO Good Grips slacentrifuge mini?
In the package you will find: • 1x OXO Good Grips slacentrifuge mini (complete with pump mechanism and brake button) • 1x separate basket The clear outer bowl is part of the spinner itself and can also be used separately as a serving bowl.
What material is the OXO Good Grips slacentrifuge mini made of?
The OXO Good Grips slacentrifuge mini is made of plastic. The material is lightweight, which makes the one-handed pump mechanism extra smooth. The anti-slip ring on the underside ensures the spinner stays firmly on the countertop during use.
It has been a very usefull device in the kitchen. I have got two of them: for myself and for my relative. If you need to shred cabbage fast, there is nothing better than this thing.
Gelukkig wonen we in zelfde straat! Nu wordt déze zijn verjaardag cadeau binnenkort! 🤭
The OXO Good Grips Peeler is by far the best peeler I’ve ever used! It’s comfortable, sharp, easy to handle, and makes peeling effortless.
I also bought it from Cookinglife, which had the best price I could find. Delivery was quick, and everything went smoothly and perfectly from start to finish.
I’m very pleased with both the product and the service and would definitely recommend the OXO peeler and Cookinglife. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
