- Rotating refractory stone: The refractory stone can be rotated, so you can bake your pizza to perfection without having to take it out of the oven. The rotary dial allows you to rotate your pizza during baking to achieve an evenly baked pizza.
- Speed: Your pizza is not only perfectly cooked, but also baked in less than a minute. The wood-fired oven heats in less than 15 minutes and then pizza is perfectly cooked in 60 seconds.
- Lightweight: Weighing only 10 pounds, the oven is easy to move.
- Fuels: You can use wood, briquettes or pellets to fuel the oven. Use the hatch just above the drawer to refuel your oven while cooking. Piana works with wood pellets that are suitable for food and have excellent burning capacity.
- Built-in thermometer: A successful pizza is a perfectly baked pizza. With the built-in thermometer you can easily check the temperature of the oven. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the right temperature: 400°C.
