About ZiiPa

FAQ

Does this protective cover also fit other ZiiPa pizza ovens, or only the Piana?

This protective cover is specially designed for the ZiiPa Pizza Oven Piana and the ZiiPa Piana Gas. It therefore fits those models exactly, both in shape and size. For other ZiiPa models we recommend choosing the cover made for that specific model — that way everything is always well protected.

What material is the cover made of, and how do I keep it clean?

The cover is made of nylon, a strong and weather-resistant material that stands up well to outdoor use. As a rule of thumb for cleaning nylon: • Wipe it down with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. • Let it dry thoroughly before placing it back on the oven. • Do not place the cover over a still-warm oven — wait until the oven has completely cooled. Nylon is durable and retains its shape and color well with normal use.

Can I use the cover while the pizza oven is still warm?

No, that is not recommended. Always wait until your pizza oven is completely cooled before placing the nylon protective cover over it. Heat can damage the material and shorten the cover's lifespan. A little patience pays off here.

Which colors are available and do they match the colors of the Piana oven itself?

The protective cover is available in four colors that are characteristic of the ZiiPa brand: • Terracotta • Slate • Eucalyptus • Anthracite These colors align with ZiiPa's brand identity and color palette, so cover and oven create a cohesive look. The anthracite variant you see here matches the darker finishes of the Piana.

Is the cover also suitable for outdoor storage, for example if I leave the pizza oven on the terrace?

The protective cover is designed for storing and transporting the ZiiPa Piana or Piana Gas, and the nylon material is robust enough for outdoor use. Still, for prolonged outdoor exposure it is wise to place the oven in a sheltered spot so both cover and oven stay in top condition as long as possible. The cover is made of nylon.
