FAQ

Is dit bestek vaatwasserbestendig?

Yes, the Florence-bestek from Sola is fully dishwasher-safe. This is due to the material: 18/10 stainless steel is an alloy of 18 parts chromium and 10 parts nickel. That combination makes the cutlery not only rust-resistant but also able to withstand the conditions in the dishwasher.

Voor hoeveel personen is deze set geschikt?

This set is assembled for 6 people and contains 24 pieces in total. Per person you get four items: • 1 table knife • 1 table fork • 1 tablespoon • 1 coffee spoon That way you’re ready at the table for a party of six.

Hoe onderhoud ik dit bestek het beste?

Thanks to the 18/10 stainless steel the Florence-bestek requires little maintenance. A few practical tips: • Rinse the cutlery promptly after use, especially if it has come into contact with acidic foods such as lemon or vinegar. • Dry the cutlery after washing to prevent any water spots. • Do not store the cutlery for long periods in damp conditions. 18/10 stainless steel is rust-resistant, which makes the cutlery suitable for everyday use.

Wat maakt 18/10 edelstaal een goede keuze voor bestek?

18/10 stainless steel is the gold standard for quality cutlery. The numbers refer to the composition: 18 percent chromium provides corrosion resistance, 10 percent nickel gives the cutlery its shiny, silvery-white color and makes it extra strong. Practically speaking, this means: • The cutlery does not discolor or rust • It keeps its shine with daily use and in the dishwasher • It is more durable than cheaper alloys such as 18/0 With proper use, cutlery made from 18/10 stainless steel will last for years.

Is de Florence-bestekset ook los uit te breiden?

The Sola Florence-lijn is a fixed product line within the Sola-assortiment. The set as offered at Cookinglife contains 24 pieces for 6 people, consisting of a table knife, a table fork, a tablespoon and a coffee spoon per place setting. If you want to know which individual items from the Florence-lijn are available, you can view the full Sola-assortiment at Cookinglife.
