With the Cosy & Trendy Fondueset Fontestic you can make three classic types of fondue: • Cheese fondue – melt cheese and dip bread, vegetables or fruit • Meat fondue – cook pieces of meat in hot oil or broth • Chocolate fondue – melt chocolate for a sweet dessert Thanks to the cast-iron pan and the rechaud with burner, the fondue stays warm on the table so you can enjoy it at your leisure.

What is included in the fondue set?

The set contains everything you need for a complete fondue experience: • Cast-iron fondue pan (Ø 18 cm) with a splash guard ring • Rechaud to place the pan on the table • Burner that keeps the fondue warm • 6 fondue forks, each fitting into the small notches at the edge of the pan The pan has 6 notches so the forks rest neatly on the edge and you won’t lose them.

Is the fondue pan suitable for induction?

The fondue pan is made of cast iron. Cast iron is naturally suitable for all heat sources, including induction, gas, electric and ceramic. Note that in normal use you place the pan on the rechaud with the burner — that is intended for tabletop use, not for use on a stovetop.

What's the best way to clean the fondue set?

Cast iron requires a bit of extra care when cleaning — but it pays off with years of enjoyment: • Let the pan cool completely before you clean it. • Preferably wash cast iron by hand — use warm water and a soft brush or cloth. • Do not use aggressive scouring agents or sharp scouring pads, as they damage the surface. • Dry the pan immediately and thoroughly after washing to prevent rust. • Lightly rub the inside with a thin layer of oil to maintain the material. The fondue forks and the rechaud can be easily washed with warm water and dish soap.
