Can I use the lamp with refills from other brands?
No, we do not recommend it. The Maison Berger Essentielle Ronde performs optimally with original Maison Berger refills. Other liquids can damage the wick or reduce the air-purifying effect. For the best performance and a long life for your lamp, always choose an original Maison Berger refill.
How long does it take for the wick to be ready for use?
For first use, let the wick soak in the liquid for 20 minutes. This ensures the wick is fully saturated and the lamp will operate efficiently. Do not skip this step — it really makes a difference to the performance of your fragrance burner.
What size rooms is this fragrance burner suitable for?
The Maison Berger Essentielle Ronde is ideal for smaller rooms. The recommended usage time is a maximum of 20 minutes per 10–15 m². Think of a bedroom, study, or small living room. For larger spaces you'll need a longer running time or a more powerful lamp.
How do you keep the Maison Berger lamp clean and functioning properly?
Maintenance is simple. Clean the system regularly by filling the lamp with the neutral refill (Air Pur Neutraal) and running it for a short cycle. This removes fragrance residues and keeps the wick and system in good condition. The included 250 ml neutral refill is perfect for this.
