FAQ

Are these dinner plates microwave-safe?

Yes, the Cosy & Trendy Baltic Luna dinner plates are both microwave- and dishwasher-safe. That makes them very practical for everyday use: you can easily warm your meal without having to change plates. One thing to note: do not put the plates directly from the refrigerator into the microwave or oven. Allow them to come up to temperature gradually to reduce the risk of cracking or breakage.

Can I use these plates in the oven?

Yes, the Baltic Luna plates are oven-safe. Handy if you want to serve a dish directly from the oven to the table. Important: avoid sudden temperature changes. Never place the plates directly from the refrigerator into a hot oven. By allowing them to come up to temperature gradually you prevent cracks or breakage.

How should I best clean the Baltic Luna plates?

The plates are dishwasher-safe, so washing them in the dishwasher is fine. Washing by hand? Then use mild cleaning agents to prevent scratches on the surface. Allow the plates to dry thoroughly before storing them. That will help them look good for longer.

Are these plates stackable for storage?

Yes, the Cosy & Trendy Baltic Luna dinner plates are stackable. That's useful if you want to store them in a cupboard, especially if you want to keep the set of 6 together. Each set contains exactly 6 dinner plates of ø 27 cm.

What material are the Baltic Luna plates made of and what will you notice when using them?

The Baltic Luna plates are made of earthenware (stoneware). That has a number of practical advantages: • Unique texture: each plate has its own subtle appearance thanks to the earthenware. • Sturdiness: stoneware is robust and well suited to daily use. • Heat retention: earthenware holds heat well, which is useful when serving hot dishes. The plates have a beige color with a refined Luna-design.
