FAQ

How can I safely use this dinnerware in the oven without cracking or breaking?
In short: avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not put plates or bowls directly from the fridge into a hot oven, and don’t run cold dinnerware under hot water immediately. Use the dinnerware in preheated ovens and give it time to come up to temperature. Allow the dinnerware to warm up gradually to prevent cracks or breakage.
How do I remove stubborn stains without damaging the dinnerware?
Soak first in warm water with a mild dish soap to loosen food residues. Use a soft sponge or a microfiber cloth; avoid scouring pads and harsh cleaners. For baked-on stains, a paste of baking soda and water or a short soak helps. Use mild cleaning agents and let items dry thoroughly before storing.
How should I stack and store the set so it is less likely to chip or scratch?
Do not stack too high and place soft layers (kitchen linen or special separators) between plates to avoid direct contact. Keep bowls and deep plates away from sharp cutlery, and make sure everything is dry before putting it away. Let each piece dry completely before storing.
What are the deep plates and bowls best suited for in everyday use?
Deep plates are ideal for pasta, stews and soups you want to serve without spilling; the bowls are perfect for breakfast cereals, yogurt with toppings, single-portion salads, or sauces and side dishes. The set includes 6 dinner plates (ø 27 cm), 6 breakfast plates (ø 20 cm) and 6 bowls (ø 14 cm).
What care rules help keep the set looking good for years?
Use mild cleaning agents, avoid abrupt temperature changes and stack with separators to prevent damage. Let dinnerware dry completely before storing and check for small chips so you can prevent accidents. The dinnerware is dishwasher-safe and made of durable ceramic.
