Ik kan online de factuur niet vinden en ik heb deze ook niet per post gekregen. Hoe kom ik aan de factuur?
De koffiekoppen zijn prima en goed aangekomen.
We zijn gegaan voor matching thee- en koffiekopjes. De bestelling ging vlot, binnen 1 werkdag ontvangen. Precies als vermeld en op de afbeelding. Zijn er heel blij mee!
De kleur lijkt bruin en daar had ik op gehoopt, maar in werkelijkheid zijn ze grijs, dat is jammer. Verder prima, lekkere grote mokken die fijn in de hand liggen.
Bij mijn eerste bestelling van mokken set van zes..waren er twee kapot aangekomen. Na contact met klantenservice werd mijn set mokken netjes vervangen voor een nieuwe set. Ben heel erg tevreden met de nette manier van probleem oplossen...zeer klantvriendelijk. De mokken zijn heel erg mooi. Echt een aanrader.
