How do I properly clean the non-stick coating of this baking pan?

Wash the baking pan with warm water and a mild dishwashing detergent. Always use a soft sponge or cloth — scouring pads, steel wool or metal brushes damage the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly afterward and dry the pan immediately with a dry cloth. The baking pan is not dishwasher-safe; hand washing is the only correct method.

Should I grease the baking pan before use, despite the non-stick coating?

Yes, even with a non-stick coating a thin layer of butter or baking spray is recommended. Especially in the fine details and ribs of the star-shaped pan, dough or batter can stick. A light greasing ensures the best release after baking.

Which kitchen utensils can I safely use in this star-shaped pan?

When removing or cutting your baked goods, always use silicone or wooden utensils. Metal knives, forks or spatulas damage the non-stick coating and thus shorten the pan's lifespan. Plastic utensils are also suitable, as long as they do not have sharp edges.

What is the easiest way to get my baked goods out of the star-shaped pan?
