This turkey with maple syrup is a festive dish that's perfect for a special occasion. The combination of butter and maple syrup gives the turkey a lovely golden crust and a subtly sweet flavor. Garnish generously with rosemary and cranberries for a beautiful presentation at the table.
Use a meat thermometer to check that the turkey has reached 71 ºC internally. That way you can be sure the turkey is cooked and safe to serve. Spread the butter well under the skin for extra flavor and juiciness. Enjoy!
