The Ceramic Deluxe is the improved successor to Sola's popular Fair Cooking line, and you can immediately notice the upgrade. The ILAG Xeradur 5+ ceramic non-stick coating is not only free from harmful PFAS substances but also remarkably strong and durable. You cook with less fat, safely and quickly - and the pan maintains that level even after dozens of cooking sessions. That's what we call making smart choices in the kitchen.

A coating that makes a difference: ILAG Xeradur 5+
Not all non-stick coatings are created equal, and you only notice this when you compare them side by side. The ILAG Xeradur 5+ ceramic coating is one of the stronger ceramic coatings on the market right now - and you can see that in practice. You cook with minimal fat or even completely dry, and yet your omelet, fried egg, or fish fillet slides smoothly out of the pan. No sticking to the bottom, no leftovers that cling, no fuss needed. And all this without a trace of PFAS or other harmful substances. Healthy cooking doesn't have to be boring or complicated.
The black color of the pan is not only stylish but also practical: the ceramic layer retains its good properties even at higher temperatures and continues to look well-maintained, even after intensive use.
Cast aluminum: the foundation of something good
