Is this cutlery dishwasher-safe?

Yes, you can safely clean the Sambonet Taste bestekset in the dishwasher. That saves you a lot of washing up after a pleasant dinner. Sambonet even provides a 2-year warranty on dishwasher use of this cutlery — so you can be sure the matte champagne finish and the 18/10 stainless steel will retain their quality.

What material is this cutlery made of?

The knives, forks and spoons of the Sambonet Taste bestekset are made of 18/10 stainless steel. That is a high-quality type of steel with 18% chromium and 10% nickel: robust, corrosion-resistant and suitable for intensive use. The cutlery has a modern matte finish in the color champagne antique.

What warranty do I get on this cutlery set?

Sambonet provides a 2-year warranty on this cutlery set, specifically including dishwasher use. Sambonet has been producing high-quality kitchen and tableware in Italy since 1856 and is known for products that also prove their quality in the professional hospitality sector.

How should I store this cutlery to protect the finish?

To keep the matte champagne antique finish looking its best, a few practical tips are useful: • Dry the cutlery after washing as soon as possible to prevent water spots. • Store the cutlery preferably in a cutlery tray or box so the pieces don’t rub against each other. • Do not use scouring agents or aggressive cleaning products — these can damage the matte finish. The 18/10 stainless steel is naturally corrosion-resistant and well suited to daily use.
