How do I use the fragrance lamp safely and effectively?
The Maison Berger fragrance lamp works by catalytic combustion: light the wick, let it burn for 2 minutes, then blow it out. The catalyst then purifies and perfumes the air without a flame. • Never burn the lamp for longer than 30 minutes at a time — prolonged use leads to scent saturation. • Use the lamp intermittently for best results. • Always close the lamp after use with the supplied stopper to prevent the wick from drying out. The package contains everything you need: the glass lamp, a burner with wick, a decorative cap, a stopper and a funnel.
Can I use multiple fragrances in the same lamp, and how do I do that?
Yes, you can fill the lamp with different Maison Berger fragrances. Important: always use the neutral refill first before switching to a new perfume. This rinses the old scent from the burner and prevents unwanted scent mixing. Top up the lamp using the supplied funnel so you don't spill a drop. Never fill the lamp more than three quarters full.
How do I maintain the wick of the fragrance lamp?
A good wick is key to the optimal performance of your Maison Berger lamp. Over time the catalytic burner can become saturated and perform less effectively. You will notice this by weak or absent scent diffusion. • Clean or replace the burner according to the instructions from Maison Berger. • Briefly immerse an aged burner in the refill before use to reactivate it. • Always keep the lamp sealed with the stopper when not in use. The supplied burner with wick is specially designed for use with Maison Berger refills.
Is the 500 ml refill included sufficient for long-term use?
