FAQ

How do I safely stack and store the Laguna Azzurro?

Stacking saves space, but ceramics can get scratched or chipped if placed on top of each other without protection. Put soft layers (felt pads, cloths, or soft silicone separators) between plates and bowls, don’t stack too high, and place heavier pieces on the bottom. Make sure the pieces are completely dry before storing them.

How do I keep the azzurblauwe color looking fresh and vibrant?

Treat the glaze with care: use mild cleaners, avoid abrasive sponges or steel wool, and don’t let food residues sit for a long time. Rinse colored stains (such as turmeric or beetroot) as soon as possible and dry the tableware thoroughly before storing. Use mild cleaning agents and avoid abrasive sponges to keep the color looking good longer.

What tableware, cutlery and table decor pair well with Laguna Azzurro?

The azzurro-kleur works as a fresh accent. Pair it with neutral base tones (white, cream, sand), natural materials (wooden coasters, coarse linen napkins), and warm metallic or matte black cutlery for contrast. For a soft, rustic look add terracotta or beige elements; for a modern table choose sleek, dark accessories. Azzurblauw pairs well with neutral tones and natural materials.

Are the mugs from this set suitable for taking on the go?

The mugs are made for comfortable use at the table: they keep drinks warm and look stylish on your breakfast table. They do not have lids, insulation, or leakproof seals, so they are less suitable as to-go or travel mugs. The mugs are intended for home use and are not designed as leak-proof travel mugs.

What practical habits extend the life of the tableware?

Useful routines make a big difference: use soft layers when stacking, avoid sliding cutlery across plates, clean with mild detergents and dry thoroughly before storing. When using in the oven, be mindful of gradual temperature changes to prevent thermal stress cracks. With soft separators and careful handling of temperature changes, the tableware will stay in good condition longer.
