FAQ
Are these mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, the Cosy & Trendy Quintana Amber mugs are fully dishwasher-safe. You don't need to wash them by hand after use — just put them in the dishwasher and you're done. When washing by hand, use a mild detergent and let the mugs dry thoroughly before storing them.
Can I use these mugs in the microwave or oven?
Yes. The Quintana Amber mugs are both microwave-safe and suitable for use in the oven. That makes them versatile: whether you're quickly reheating a cup of soup or preparing something in the oven, these mugs are ready. • Microwave: suitable • Oven: suitable
How many mugs are in the package?
The package contains 4 mugs of 450 ml each. That gives you a complete set for the table — handy for families or when you regularly have guests.
What material are the Quintana Amber mugs made of?
The mugs are made of porcelain — a sturdy, high-quality material that lasts a long time. Porcelain is naturally smooth and dense, which makes it hygienic and easy to keep clean. The warm amber color with a gradient is part of the porcelain design itself.
How should I store these mugs after washing?
Always let the mugs dry thoroughly after washing before storing them. Any remaining moisture can affect the quality of the porcelain over time. When cleaning, prefer a mild detergent — or simply put them in the dishwasher.
Super fast delivery and very good customer service, since a few items in my package broke during the long journey, I immediately received replacements. The dishes look beautiful and of good quality.
