Leonardo Latte Macchiato Glasses - Gocce Due - 390 ml - 2 pieces
The droplet embossing catches the light and reveals the layers of your latte
Perfect for latte macchiato, iced coffee or smoothies
After your coffee, simply put the glasses in the dishwasher
A latte macchiato deserves more than an ordinary glass from the cupboard. The Leonardo Latte Macchiato Glasses Gocce Due show exactly why: the double droplet relief captures the light, reveals the beautiful layers of espresso, milk, and foam, and turns your daily coffee moment into a small visual celebration. Enjoyment begins even before you take the first sip.
Gocce Due: droplets with a double dose of charm
Gocce is Italian for 'drops' - and with the Due variant, it goes a step further. Two droplets flow into each other like an hourglass, formed as a relief in the glass itself. This is not just a decorative nod: the pattern gives the glass grip, looks stunning on the table, and ensures that the light refracts through the layers in your drink. Whether you're making a classic latte macchiato, a creamy cappuccino, or a refreshing iced coffee - it always looks delicious in this glass.
The combination of Italian design and sturdy tempered glass makes the Gocce Due one of those purchases that will leave you wondering how you managed without it for so long.
Why you want these glasses
- Visual spectacle with every cup - The droplet relief captures the light and beautifully showcases the layers of espresso, milk, and foam. Serving becomes a moment to enjoy.
- Tempered glass for everyday use - Due to rapid cooling after heating, the glass is sturdier than regular glass. Less chance of a crack or chip from a bump - that saves hassle.
- Heat resistant up to 100 °C - Hot coffee, hot chocolate, or a steaming matcha latte: this glass can handle it. And it's microwave safe too.
- Dishwasher safe - After your coffee break, simply pop the glasses in the dishwasher. No fuss, no worries.
- Versatile use - Latte macchiato, cappuccino, iced coffee, smoothies, or a refreshing glass of lemonade: the 390 ml capacity gives you plenty of room to experiment.
- Part of a complete collection - Combine Gocce Due with Gocce Uno and Gocce Tre for a cohesive table with character.
Tempered glass: smart material, long-lasting enjoyment
Regular glass breaks faster than you think - especially when you regularly serve hot drinks. Leonardo opts for tempered glass: after forming, the glass is rapidly cooled, creating internal stresses that make the material noticeably stronger. The result? A glass that is better able to withstand impacts, temperature changes, and daily use in a busy household.
With a height of 11.9 cm and a diameter of 8.2 cm, the glass also feels comfortable in the hand. Not too heavy (320 grams each), not too large, but spacious enough for a generous latte with a thick layer of milk foam. Up to the fill line, the capacity is about 280 ml - just right for most coffee recipes.
Coffee art begins with the right glass
A latte macchiato is a drink you see before you taste it. That golden layer of espresso slowly sinking through the milk, the white foam on top, the warm colour gradient in between - that spectacle gets lost in a solid mug. In a transparent glass with the Gocce Due relief, it truly shines. Guests will be captivated, and so will you.
Whether you set the glasses on the table for a shared breakfast moment or use them for a relaxed afternoon coffee for yourself - the Gocce Due makes every coffee moment a small memory worth cherishing.
💡 Cookinglife Tip: Warm your glasses briefly before use by pouring in hot water and then pouring it out. This way, your latte macchiato cools down less quickly, allowing you to enjoy the perfect temperature for longer - and the beautiful layering effect remains intact for longer.
