About Villeroy & Boch
Villeroy & Boch Dinnerware Set Artesano Original 12-piece / 4 persons - 4 dinner plates, 4 breakfast plates and 4 deep plates
Elegant tableware
Complete set voor 4 personen
Perfect voor stijlvol dagelijks tafelen
Your table deserves better than mismatched plates and chipped edges. The Villeroy & Boch Artesano Original 12-piece dinnerware set turns every meal - whether it's a lazy Sunday breakfast or a proper dinner with friends - into a moment worth remembering. This is the set you buy once and enjoy for years. Classic, complete, and crafted to impress.
Why the Artesano Original Is a Smart Choice for Your Table
Not all dinnerware is created equal. Villeroy & Boch has been crafting premium porcelain since 1748, and the Artesano Original collection is proof that timeless design and everyday practicality can absolutely coexist. This isn't just beautiful tableware - it's the kind of quality that holds up to real life: the dishwasher, the microwave, stacking in your cabinet, and everything in between.
- Complete set for 4 people - Everything you need right out of the box: dinner plates, breakfast plates, and deep bowls for soups, pastas, and more
- Premium porcelain that lasts - Less prone to scratches and chips than standard ceramics - this is the material Villeroy & Boch has trusted for generations
- Timeless white design - Clean, elegant, and endlessly versatile - pairs beautifully with any table setting, season, or style
- Dishwasher safe - Enjoy your meal, then let the machine do the rest
- Microwave and oven safe up to 180 degrees C - Reheat, warm plates, serve straight from oven to table - no hassle
- Stackable - Store neatly without taking over your entire kitchen cabinet
Premium Porcelain That Actually Earns Its Name
The word "premium" gets thrown around a lot. Here's what it actually means in practice with the Artesano Original: the porcelain is denser, harder, and more resistant to the daily wear that slowly ruins ordinary dinnerware. You won't be holding a plate up to the light after six months wondering where that chip came from. Villeroy & Boch uses this grade of porcelain across their professional and home collections precisely because it performs. The clean white finish stays bright wash after wash, and the smooth glaze makes food look genuinely appetizing - which, if you ask us, is exactly what good plates should do.
Built for Real Life - Not Just Special Occasions
Here's the thing about buying quality dinnerware: it only makes sense if you actually use it. The Artesano Original is designed to be your everyday set, not something you keep behind glass and bring out twice a year. It goes straight into the dishwasher after dinner - no delicate hand-washing rituals needed (though handwashing is fine too if you prefer). Pop a leftover dish in the microwave. Warm your plates in the oven before a dinner party. Stack the whole set cleanly in your cupboard without wobbling towers of mismatched crockery.
The Perfect Set for Sharing Good Moments
Four people sitting around a table, sharing food and conversation - that's really what this set is made for. The 12-piece configuration covers your essentials with no fuss: four dinner plates for your main courses, four breakfast plates for lighter meals, sides, desserts, or that leisurely weekend brunch, and four deep bowls ready for soups, stews, risottos, or a generous bowl of ramen on a cold evening.
Whether you're cooking for family, hosting friends, or just setting a proper table for yourself on a weeknight, this set has you covered in every sense. It's the foundation of a table you're proud to sit around.
💡 Tip: Mix the deep bowls with the dinner plates for a relaxed tapas-style spread - the neutral white brings everything together and lets the food do the talking. If you love entertaining, the Artesano Original collection extends well beyond this set, so you can add serving bowls, mugs, and more over time to build your ideal table setup.
