About Hendi

FAQ

How do I clean these oven gloves?

Hand washing is the recommended way to keep the Hendi fiberglass oven gloves clean. Use lukewarm water with a mild dish detergent and let them dry thoroughly before storing. Machine washing is not recommended, as this can damage the fiberglass material and reduce heat resistance.

How large are these oven gloves — do they also fit smaller hands?

The Hendi oven gloves are 36 cm long, which makes them quite large. They therefore provide extra protection for your wrists and forearms, but this also means they are fairly roomy. For smaller hands they may feel a bit large. Keep this in mind when purchasing.

Are these oven gloves also suitable for the barbecue and grill?

Yes, the Hendi fiberglass oven gloves are emphatically not only for the oven. They are also suitable for use with: • griddle plates • baking sheets • barbecues and grill grates The heat-resistant fiberglass material protects your hands for all these applications, both at home and in a professional kitchen.

How many oven gloves are in the package?

The package contains 2 oven gloves, so both hands are protected right away. You don't need to order an extra separate glove — the set is complete for daily use.

What use are these oven gloves designed for — are they also suitable for professional kitchens?

The Hendi oven gloves are designed for intensive kitchen work and are therefore suitable for both home use and professional kitchens. The fiberglass material is strong and durable enough to withstand heavy daily use. Hendi is a brand that specifically focuses on professional kitchen equipment, so the quality is aligned with demanding conditions.
