Glencairn Whiskey Glass / Tasting Glass - 200 ml - 6 pieces
Original glass with logo engraved in the base
The Glencairn whiskey glass is specially made to excite your senses. The glass has a unique stylish mould that allows the aromas to fully come into their own. Because the glass has a narrow upward slope, you can perfectly catch the aromas with your nose before taking a sip. Once you get used to whiskey glass, you don't really want anything else. You can smell aromas you've never smelled before with the same whiskey. This makes the glass perfect for a tasting. The Glencairn whiskey glass is especially recommended for drinking single malt whiskey and aged whiskeys.
In five steps, the Glencairn whiskey glasses let you taste whiskey in a new way
- First, you look at the color through the clear lead-free crystal glass. What color is your whiskey? Is it gold, copper or amber in color?
- Next, by rolling you look at the body. What kind of body does your whisky have? In a Glencairn whisky glass you can see this even better.
- Next, you smell the aroma. When you smell the aromas, what do you smell? Do you smell a fruity, smoky or chocolate flavor?
- Next is the time to taste. What flavors do you taste?
- And finally: enjoy your whiskey. The taste will linger extra long thanks to the special Glencairn whisky glass. So you can enjoy your favorite drink even more.
