These Cookinglife Small Bowls Nola Warm Grey with a diameter of 12 cm are perfect for serving snacks or small dishes during dinner! The Cookinglife Nola Warm Grey bowls are made of stoneware with a reactive glazed finish, making each piece unique. Additionally, the Cookinglife bowls are microwave and oven safe.

Note: when removing from the dishwasher, the bottom ring may sometimes still be a bit damp, which can cause rings. This applies to practically every stoneware tableware. This is not the case with porcelain.

Can I put the Nola Warm Grey bowls straight from the freezer into the oven?

No, you better not. Stoneware does not like sudden temperature shocks — going from ice-cold to blazing hot (or vice versa) can damage the material. Always let the bowls come to room temperature before placing them in the oven. They are, however, ovenproof for normal use, so reheating side dishes or gratinating small bites is fine.

How do I stack the bowls without damaging them?

Always make sure the bowls are completely dry before stacking them. Damp bowls can stick together or damage the matte glaze. • Dry them well after washing or let them air dry. • Use a soft cloth or felt pads between the bowls if you store them stacked for a long time — that protects the finish. The stoneware is sturdy, but a dry stack will keep the bowls looking good longer.

How should I wash the Nola Warm Grey bowls?

You can put the bowls in the dishwasher — that’s the easiest option. Use a mild program and a soft brush if you want to remove stains. • Dishwasher: suitable, use a mild program. • By hand: wash them with a soft brush and mild dish soap. • Soaking: do not let the bowls sit in water for a long time; that’s not good for the stoneware. After washing, let the bowls dry thoroughly before stacking or storing them.

The Nola Warm Grey bowls have a neutral, warm-grey matte finish — which makes them versatile. They look best with other items from the Nola series, but a warm grey earthen tone also pairs well with natural, white, or other muted tableware.
