Searing, stewing, simmering - all in one go
The strength of a good sauté pan lies in its high sides. Where a frying pan falls short as soon as you add moisture or prepare a large portion, this BK pan offers all the space you need. Sear your onion and garlic over high heat, add your tomato sauce, and let everything simmer gently with the lid on - the flavours meld together, and you don’t have to watch it constantly. The glass lid lets you see exactly when the sauce starts to bubble, without losing heat every time you want to take a look. Clever, right?
The aluminium body with a special induction base ensures quick and even heat distribution. No hot spots, no burnt corners, just a uniformly heated surface where every ingredient gets the attention it deserves. Whether you’re browning mince for a Bolognese or sautéing vegetables for an Asian stir-fry: the result is delicious every time.
The ceramic non-stick coating that makes a difference
BK consciously chooses a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating, and that’s a choice that benefits you as a cook - both in your pan and in your mind. You cook with a splash of oil or a knob of butter, and everything slides off effortlessly. Scrambled eggs, fish, breaded chicken: no ingredient sticks. And because the coating is free from PFAS, you don’t have to question what’s going into your food or the air.
A small tip for a long life of your coating: rinse the pan after use with warm water and a soft sponge. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing keeps the non-stick coating in top condition for longer. This way, you can enjoy it for years - and that’s exactly how quality works.
Oxford Blue: a colour with character
Cookware doesn’t have to be boring. The Oxford Blue colour of the Enjoy series is subtle yet striking enough to be an eye-catcher, whether the pan is on your hob or sitting on the worktop. Not garish, not anonymous - just a colour with character that fits a kitchen where cooking is done with care and joy. A little nod to style, without compromising on function.
The plastic handles are not only cool to the touch, but they also provide a firm, secure grip - handy when the pan is full of a steaming curry or a large portion of pasta. No one wants half a meal ending up on the worktop.
From hob to oven, from oven to table
Sometimes you want to let a dish finish cooking in the oven, or keep it warm while you finish the rest of dinner. The BK Sauté Pan Enjoy does this effortlessly: both the pan and lid are oven safe up to 160 °C. The glass lid has a silicone rim that seals well and retains heat, so your food doesn’t dry out. A stew that starts on the hob and then gently continues cooking in the oven - with this pan, that’s the most logical thing to do.
And afterwards? You simply place it on the table. Because a pan that looks this good doesn’t need an extra serving dish. Eating together, straight from the pan - that’s the best cooking moment there is.
💡 BK Tip:
Want to keep the non-stick coating in good condition for longer? Avoid using metal spatulas or utensils with sharp edges. Opt for wooden or silicone utensils, and your coating will remain smooth and intact for years. And always heat the pan slowly - a ceramic coating performs best when warmed up gently, not immediately set on high heat.
