You slide the leather strips around the pan handle and fasten them with the snap buttons — this gives an immediate firm, comfortable grip. After they click into place, check that the snaps are secure before lifting the pan. The handles are easily attached using the snap buttons.

Do the handles protect my hands from heat while cooking?
