Garlic — there’s so much you can do with it. Have you tried the oven-roasted version yet? Quick to make and incredibly delicious. This roasted version is soft, slightly sweet and creamy in flavor. Quite different from the sharp, pungent taste of raw garlic.

Roasted garlic is wonderfully soft and flavorful. Roasting it in the oven takes away the sharp bite and makes it sweet and creamy. Perfect to spread on bread or to stir into sauces and soups.
Use a small ovenproof pan to roast the garlic bulb. This keeps the heat around the bulb so it cooks evenly. Let the bulb cool thoroughly before squeezing out the cloves.
