Oat pancakes with apple and banana

Right now the top spot as favourite breakfast is: an oatmeal pancake with apple. It's so good that I haven't tired of it after two months of having it for breakfast or lunch. You're done in no time—your apple pancakes are on the table in under 10 minutes. That's quick enough to make on a workday. Nice, right?

Recipe

Oatmeal pancakes with apple and banana

Oatmeal pancakes with apple and banana are a nutritious and quick breakfast, ready in just 10 minutes. The batter of oats, grated apple, egg, plant-based milk and speculaas spice is cooked until golden brown. The pancakes are finished with banana slices, but you can also vary with other fruit like kiwi, strawberries or blueberries. Thanks to the fiber in oats you'll stay full for longer.
