Delicious oatmeal cups with your fave topping

This is one of those wonderfully easy, tasty and healthy breakfasts/snacks! Yes, the blog is already full of them, but as you all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For people who work, have children and don't have much time in the morning, recipes like this are really handy and I definitely don't want to keep them from you! The fun part is that you can use all kinds of different toppings to taste, something for everyone or a different flavor for every moment of the day. Oats are back in full force. Because oats contain a lot of soluble fiber they keep your stomach feeling 'full' for a long time. The carbohydrates in oats are absorbed slowly, which prevents spikes in your blood sugar. A perfect choice for breakfast then 😉
