Breakfast smoothie with oats

Last winter, warm oatmeal porridge with pan-fried apples, cinnamon and ginger was definitely my favorite breakfast. In winter my body really craves something warming in the morning. Now that summer is approaching and strawberries are back in season, it was high time to get my blender out again for a real “this-will-get-me-through-the-morning” breakfast smoothie! You absolutely have to try this creamy oatmeal breakfast smoothie with avocado, mango and strawberries. Oh, and I'll explain why drinking smoothies endlessly isn't necessarily healthy.
