Alessi Blender Plissé Grey - 1.5 liter - 700 W - Michele de Lucchi - MDL09 G

Blend as it should be - with a blender that also looks beautiful on your countertop. The Alessi Blender Plissé Grey is not just any kitchen appliance: it is a design by master architect Michele De Lucchi, executed in Italian style and built to last for years. Whether you want to make a silky soup, blend a powerful smoothie, or prepare a sauce that really matters - this blender does it all, and looks better on the kitchen shelf than anything you've ever had before.

Why the Alessi Plissé is the blender you've always wanted

Many blenders are ugly, bulky, or make a noise like you have a helicopter in your kitchen. The Alessi Plissé thinks differently. With its pleated, sculptural shape - inspired by the refined pleating in fashion and architecture - this blender stands as a work of art on your countertop. But don't be fooled by its appearance: beneath that chic exterior lies a 700 watt motor that can handle anything you throw at it.

• Iconic Italian design - Designed by Michele De Lucchi, one of the most respected designers of our time
• Five speed settings + pulse function - From gentle mixing to maximum power: you decide the texture
• 1.5 liter capacity - Spacious enough for family pots of soup, large batches of smoothies, or festive sauces
• BPA-free material - Safe for you, safe for what you prepare
• Drip-free design - No spilled drops on your countertop
• Easy to clean - Hand wash ready in no time, so you can enjoy faster than you wash
• CE certified - Meets all European safety standards
• 2-year warranty - Alessi stands behind its products, and so do we

Power and control in every setting

With five different speed settings, you have complete control. Use the lowest setting for a soft, creamy avocado dip or a delicate vinaigrette. Switch to higher settings for a velvety tomato soup or a smooth protein shake after working out. And if you really want to go for it? Press the pulse function - a maximum power boost with a single press of a button. Ideal for crushing ice cubes, coarsely chopping nuts, or quickly emulsifying a sauce. The Alessi Plissé gives you control, so you achieve the exact texture you want every time.

The 700 watt motor ensures consistent power, even with heavier ingredients. No grinding, no stuttering - just smooth, quiet, and effective blending. That's how quality sounds.

Design that is more than just a showpiece

Michele De Lucchi designed the Plissé not just to be beautiful. Every curve, every fold in the design has a function. The pleated housing provides grip and stability, while the robust jug made of 18/10 stainless steel and plastic is strong enough for daily use and light enough to handle easily. With a height of 425 mm and a width of 185 mm, the blender is compact and stylish - it fits on almost any countertop without taking up too much space.

And then there's the grey. Not the dull grey of an office printer, but a warm, timeless grey that fits equally well with modern kitchens, Scandinavian interiors, and classic cooking kitchens. This is a blender that you won't hide away in the cupboard - you display it to be seen.

From smoothie to soup - versatile use

The Alessi Plissé is at home in any kitchen situation. Start the day with an energizing green smoothie for yourself or the whole family - the 1.5 liter jug is large enough for multiple servings at once. Prepare a velvety pumpkin soup in the afternoon that leaves everyone at the table silent. Or make a creamy hummus in the evening that truly surprises your guests. With the right setting, you choose how coarse or fine your end result becomes.

Thanks to the drip-free design, you pour without spilling - a small but very pleasant thought when serving soup at a full table. And cleaning? Just hand wash with warm water and a bit of dish soap, and your blender is ready for the next round.

💡 Tip: Always start with the lowest speed setting when blending hot liquids. Let the steam escape first through the filling opening (possibly covered with a tea towel) to prevent pressure buildup. This way, you enjoy perfect soup without surprises.
