About Studio Tavola

FAQ

Can I use the plates in the microwave and oven?

Yes — these pasta plates are both microwave-safe and oven-safe, which is handy if you want to reheat or gratin a dish. They are also dishwasher-safe, so daily use is no problem. Note: after the dishwasher the underside can be slightly damp. This is normal for earthenware and applies to almost all tableware made from this material. Place the plates down loosely to avoid rings on your table or countertop.

How should I care for earthenware tableware?

Earthenware is sturdy and suitable for everyday use, but a few small habits will keep your plates in top condition: • Dishwasher: the plates are dishwasher-safe, so that’s fine. • After washing: the underside may remain slightly damp after the dishwasher. Let the plates dry a bit before stacking them or placing them on a tabletop to prevent rings. • Storage: don’t stack the plates with too much weight on top to keep the glaze layer intact. The plates are made of durable earthenware, known for its robustness with normal daily use.

Can I choose which colors I’ll receive?

No — the set is delivered mixed and you cannot request specific colors or combinations. The six plates come in a playful mix of shades from the Sunny Summer-collectie, which together give a warm and harmonious look to the table. The exact color composition per order may therefore vary.

Are these pasta plates suitable for dishes other than pasta?

Absolutely. Thanks to the generous size of Ø 23 cm and a depth of about 6 cm, these plates are versatile. Think of: • Pasta and risotto • Salads • Soups and stews • Gourmand dishes where a deeper plate is useful Also usable as a large serving dish, as several users have confirmed. They are deep plates, which makes them suitable for dishes with sauce or liquid.

What exactly is included in the package?

The set contains 6 pasta plates from the Studio Tavola Sunny Summer-collectie. All six have the same dimensions: • Diameter: Ø 23 cm • Height: ca. 6 cm • Material: earthenware The plates are delivered in a mixed color mix; individual plates or specific colors are not available separately within this set.

Jederzeit wieder. Top.
