FAQ

Is the fondue pan suitable for induction?

The fondue set from Cosy & Trendy operates with a burner using fuel gel or denatured alcohol — not on induction or any other electric hob. You place the stainless steel (RVS) pan on the included stand, light the burner and it keeps the contents warm. A small instruction leaflet for both fuel gel and denatured alcohol is included with the burner.

How do I safely extinguish the burner?

Extinguishing is simple and safe: fully cover the burner with the supplied lid. That will put the flame out without fuss. Then let the pan and burner cool down completely before storing the set — this keeps everything in good condition for next time.

How many people is this fondue set suitable for and what's included in the box?

The set is designed for 6 people. In the box you will find: • 1 stainless steel (RVS) fondue pan • 1 burner • 1 stand • 6 forks, each in its own color The colored forks make it easy to keep track of whose fork is whose.

What's the best way to clean the fondue set?

The fondue pan is made of stainless steel (RVS), a material that's easy to keep clean. Use warm water with a mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as these can damage the surface. Always let the pan and burner cool completely before cleaning or storing them.

What types of fondue can I prepare with this set?

This fondue set is versatile. It's perfectly suited for: • Cheese fondue — classic and always a hit • Chocolate fondue — ideal for a sweet treat • Oil fondue — for cooking meat or vegetables The burner runs on fuel gel or denatured alcohol, which provides enough heat for all these uses.
